The large 800 sqft. deck area offers extended outside living both under cover and in the open surroundings. Enjoy watching the feeding hummingbirds, the otters playing on the dock , the deer perusing the garden as well as watching the passing marine traffic.

The comfortable moderate Mediterranean climate is year round and has 15% less rain than the mainland. The summer is sunny and warm into the fall. Off season is just as beautiful – warmed by a fireplace and sometimes beautified by a layer of delicate snow.
