Payment
- Cheque, money order or Visa, MC, Amex
- 25% deposit at time of booking
- 45 days prior to arrival, balance of payment and refundable security deposit of $200 is due
- Cancellation of less than 30 days prior is subject to full payment unless another renter is available then only a $25 processing fee will be withheld.
Check in/out
- In at 4:00pm
- Out at 11:00am
- Exceptions can be discussed and accommodated where possible
